of Minister for Foreign Affairs as to accuracy of this statement. His Excellency generally
confirmed it adding that draft had been agreed

Principal points are:-
(1) Exchange of diplomatic and consular representatives (7 who are) to enjoy same treatment as consuls of other countries.
(11) Germany renounces claim to consuler jurisdiction,
(111) Right of travel, residence, trade and industry will be enjoyed reciprocally in both countries.
